Genie HR provides high quality background reference checks for companies in the final stages of a recruitment process. Our software sends tailored questions to a candidate’s previous employers for completion. This will provide a business with a strong understanding of the candidate’s technical abilities, work history, personality, key attributes and any issues that may have stood out in previous roles.

Police Checks

Genie HR allows businesses to perform national police checks on existing employees and potential hires. Our checks are processed in association with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission and are recognised nationally. Candidates themselves may also wish to use this service if required to provide a police certificate for certain applications or visas.
